I called this the puffer coat and baseball cap show. Very urban, very sporty, very focused in its curations. While the overall aesthetic and offerings of Agenda AW14 this past week might not have been my particular cup of tea, the SoHo setup had a few key pieces that I found spot on.
The rapper T.I.’s rendition of the American Indian Head screen printed sweatshirt, above, caught my eye. Bright, bold, a fun visual. Perhaps the image was an homage to his home team of the Atlanta Braves; T.I. hails from the Bankhead area in Atl/GA.
Loved the indigo canvas of Herschel Supply Co., below. Indigo is still extremely popular and the renditions are endless. Weekender, gym bag, daily tote. This bag offers a lot of options with a great fashion tweak.
The coolness of Project Canvas, with its casual skater sneaks with soles dipped in paint, are available as a blank canvas you can paint on or with a pre-designed image. They were creating at the show.
